Macodesc Attends Launch Event for Gardens Neighborhood Park in Chapecó

The neighborhood, designed and planned with a focus on mobility, sustainability, and quality of life, is located in the Jardins Neighborhood, in Chapecó, where the Amber Building is currently under construction by Macodesc.

The CEO, Elias Lunardi, and the company's technical engineer in charge, Eduardo Bedin, were representing Macodesc at a large event held at the social headquarters of the Chamber of Retail Directors of Chapecó this Tuesday, the 1st.

On the occasion, the Gardens Neighborhood Park, a neighborhood designed and planned with a focus on mobility, sustainability, and quality of life, was presented to a select audience. The subdivision is located in the Jardins Neighborhood, in Chapecó, where the Amber Building is currently under construction by Macodesc.

The infrastructure works for the Gardens Neighborhood Park have already begun. According to Lunardi and Bedin, the subdivision has everything to become a landmark in the development of the city of Chapecó. It spans more than 45 hectares, comprised of over 370 lots.
